NC VIP Home Inspections Inc has been in the home inspection business since 2003. We are a multiple inspector firm and a one stop shop for agents and clients in the Wake county area. We can schedule wood destroying insect inspections, septic inspections, chimney inspections, well water tests and radon tests. Here's a brief biography on the staff and inspectors of NC VIP Home Inspections Inc.....
Ken Rentz, President
Ken is married to Pat, has two grown daughters, Sabrina and Jennifer, and a dog, Rex. He has lived in Cary since 1988 and has seen the community go through its many growth spurts. Along with his home inspector license and real estate broker license, Ken also has a general contractor license and has built houses in the Raleigh area. He became a residential home inspector to help buyers learn about the construction and care of the home they were buying. He loves to read, soaks up knowledge and enjoys teaches others what he has learned.
Mark Freidrich, Inspector
Mark grew up in Raleigh and has a boxer, Mongo. He speaks Spanish and is an asset to the company in performing the inspections for our Spanish clients. He has had a roofing business and a handyman business before deciding to work as a home inspector. His housing construction knowledge is valuable for his duties as an inspector. His interests are archaeology, travel and classic cars.
Pat Rentz, VP of Marketing
Pat is married to Ken and works primarily on marketing the business. She is the one you will see delivering flyers to real estate offices and sending emails with updates regarding the company. She also does the water testing, radon pick up and meets the termite inspector when the termite inspection couldn't be scheduled for the same time as the home inspection. Her interests are reading, bowling, puzzles of all kinds and movies.
Sabrina Blalock, Scheduler/Receptionist
Sabrina is Ken and Pat's daughter and is married to Nick. They also have a dog, T-Bear. Sabrina is the one you will talk to who will schedule the inspections and get the contracts and notifications emailed to everyone. She keeps track of all aspects of the inspection and keeps everyone up to date on the status of each phase. She has an associates degree in film production. Ask her who she has worked with while in school. Her hobbies are motorcycle riding, reading and movies.
